PromOat acts as a natural emulsifier, stabiliser and viscosity modifier.
PromOat can replace starches, gums and stabilisers, either fully or partially .
Low fat mayos, dressings and spreads with PromOat are clean label - no need for e-numbers.

Fully indulgent mayonnaise can be made using PromOat with a total of 10-30% fat.
PromOat has a positive effect on the mouthfeel of the mayonnaise, retaining the full-fat taste but without the full-fat content.

PromOat allows for a whole new range of products to be created under the oat and heart health umbrella.
